RETURN POLICY 

The Pinky Redd Brand understands that ordering online is not easy.  We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. Due to recent events caused by Covid-19, as of April 1st 2020, we will NOT be accepting or offering any returns, refunds or exchanges on services or products until further notice. Even though most of our products are digital products/services but this pretains to ALL services & products offered on our website!  By moving forward with this purchase, you understand and agree to our no refund policy. You also agree that if a chargeback is initiated by you, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover the charged amount, plus any additional costs incurred.
